Will I be charged sales tax?
By law we are required to collect the appropriate state and
local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment.
Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping
and/or handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during
checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

How do I order?
To place an order, click the Order button. Click Add
to Cart. You are then given a choice to either Continue
Shopping or Check Out. You can also click on View
Cart once you are ready to check out. This will take you
to the Shopping Cart page where you can view the items
in your basket and shipping information. Select Check Out
to begin the purchasing process. To finalize your order,
click on the Process My Order button. You will receive
an order confirmation email confirming your purchase. Your
credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Should
there be any problem fulfilling your order, you will be promptly
notified via telephone, email, or regular mail.

When will Technical Video bill me for my order?
We will bill your credit card when your order is shipped.
What forms of payment does Technical Video accept online?

How does Technical Video calculate delivery charges?
Delivery charges are based on the UPS rates based on weight
and zip code.
Does Technical Video ship to international addresses?

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
for standard. Orders being sent to a PO Box address will be
shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Purchases will arrive within 5-7 business days.

What is Technical Video's return/warranty policy?
If any video you have purchased from us suffers from a manufacturing
defect, we will replace the tape free of charge. To claim
warranty, send the tape in the original cover along with a
copy of your original purchase receipt to:

How do I know my credit card number will be safe?
We take every precaution to ensure that your personal data,
including credit card information, is as secure as it can
be. The Technical Video site utilizes Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) technology on all pages where personal information is
requested. This encryption technology prevents anyone from
using your personal data if intercepted.
Will Technical Video sell my email or other personal information?
We use personal information provided on order forms, such
as a purchaser's name, email address, physical address, and
credit card number, to fulfill merchandise orders. We may
also use order information to contact a purchaser when necessary,
such as when a delivery may be delayed or when an ordered
product is out of stock. Technical Video may use personal
